Milk Thistle Elixir can be used in dogs, cats and horses.  It has powerful antioxidant properties that come from the Silymarin, the most active ingredient in milk thistle. It promotes healthy liver function and the health of the bile systems as well as the pancreas.  Milk Thistle is said by many to be restorative (a herb to rebuild or cleanse) but in reality, it is a support agent that will help to support liver health.  It is one of the ingredients in our Detox Liver Cleanse that combines well with that formula, specifically with the Oregon Grape Root it helps to remove certain parasites from the body that may not show up in medical testing.
